The Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC) at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University sponsors annual competitions to encourage the development of new cases and new simulations to be used in teaching collaborative public management, networks, governance, and/or problem solving. Winning simulations are available on the E-PARCC website.
